Hi,

I sent documents for my whole family’s passports two weeks ago to apply for British passports for the first time. However, I keep getting emails and texts asking me to send the documents again.

Can you please provide a contact number or email where I can follow up? I’ve heard some concerning stories about documents getting lost or mixed up with someone else’s.
