Confirmation on Citizenship documents Application Please

Hi,
I need some advice please.
I am here for 6 years and entitled to apply for citizenship (EU country).
I came here married (with a different name) but divorced 2 years ago and got my maiden name back.
All my documents (passport , driving licence and contracts) are now on my new name.
I attached to the document section my divorce sentence translated by authorised authority, but my biggest worry is that my papers up to 2022 were on a different name.
Also the passport I initially entered the country was on my ex husband family name. I only uploaded a picture with my old passport as I don't have it anymore.
Was anyone dealing with same situation?
Any advice please?

If you include certified copies of your birth, marriage and divorce documents it should be perfectly fine.
If you’ve missed any of the documents they need they will contact you and open the portal so you ca. Upload. It may add a little to processing time but they won’t reject without giving you a chance to supply the missing documents, they’ll just require more documents.

Thank you very much for your reply.

I have uploaded birth certificate but it is not certified, it is just a scan of my original document.
Does it definitely need to be certified?
My portal is still open one more week when I have my biometric appointment.

Yes all identity documents need to be submitted as certified copies, so department knows someone official has personally seen the original.

Thank you. It is a very good advice, I just started the procedure to legalise it.

Hello,
I applied for UK citizenship on 26th June and Biometrics on 23rd July.
I tried to connect to my UKVI to see my application but when I click on ''see my current application'' it's blank. When I click on ''see my old application'' it's visible ....does this mean they started to check my application?
Sorry for this silly question.
Thanks a lot.

Naturalisation isn't an immigration application.
When you say "my old application" you mean EUSS? Which is immigration.
I wouldn't expect to see naturalisation on your UKVI account.

Hi,
Thanks for reply. I didn't say anything about immigration....
To apply for British citizenship you need to have certain status ( EUSS for example) which was already obtained long time .
To apply for naturalization all the application is done on UKVI (visas-immigration.service.gov.uk) then next steps have to be filled on UKVCASS.
So basically I see 2 options on UKVI website : ,,Resume my old application'' or '' Continue to my current application''.
I can only see my naturalisation application if I click on '' Resume my old application''. This was changed today as before it was visible when I clicked '' Continue to my current application ''

OK - I'm aware of the process.
As to your question you posed, no it's not an indication that UKVI have started checking/processing your application.
