APPLYING FOR NATURALISATION FROM SETTLED STATUS

In September 2020, my cousin was granted settled status (ILR) under the EU Settlement Scheme because her parents are EU citizens residing in the UK. She moved to the UK three years later, in September 2022, and now she wishes to apply for naturalisation. Does she qualify, or is she required to reside in the UK for five years before applying?
Please advise, as this situation is quite confusing for us

How old is your cousin?
If over 18, she needs 5 years residence.

She will become eligible in September 2027, unless she marries a British citizen before then.

YES SHE IS OVER 18
She needs to meet all the requirements for naturalisation in her own right, such as the one year wait after ILR, absences requirements over the five and one year before the date of application,
physical presence in the UK at the start of the five year period, English and LITUK tests , etc.
