Guys I need help before I submit my application for naturalisation! so my story
I came to UK in Jan 2007 student visa
In 2010 my visa expires I applied for extention
The application got refused in July 2010
Applied for PAP got refused in Dec 2010
Then form 2010 December overstayed
In 2014 June got married TO EEA national qualified
In July 2015 applied for eea family member resident permit
In Jan 2016 got refused
Went to court
Won my appeal in Jan 2018 ftt
Got my resident permit after delay in Aug 2018
Got my settled status in oct 2019
Now I am applying for my naturalization
My question is my legal stay will start from the marriage date to qualified eea national or from the date I won the case or the date I was issued the resident permit? Apart from overstay I don't have no other offences?
So please help guys what are your takes on my situation?

If you don't have any other offences you *should* be fine with just overstaying. I would disclose this history to the HO when you apply though and show the efforts you made since to have a lawful immigration status.

You became a family member from the date of your marriage.
