Hello,

I applied for british citizenship for 2 months ago. But I have made a stupid mistake..I just lost control and drank alcohol and started driving. But after a couple of minutes I stopped the car and the police found me on the side of the road. I panicked and they pulled down my trousers. Due to past trauma I spat on one of the officer I was told. I am so stressed at the moment. How will this affect my application?

You should open your own thread rather than piggyback on someone else's.

Were you arrested? Were you given a fine? You should inform UKVI once you receive official news about the incident.

I was was taken to the hospital and then arrested for a couple of hours. I have a hearing in 2 weeks. So I should inform Home office?

Maybe wait until the hearing? You haven't formally received a conviction yet.
