Hi,

Can i apply for my wife Naturalization without waiting for 1 year after ILR base don below details -

I have got my British citizenship in June 2022. After ILR - SET LR (Oct 2020)
My wife got her ILR (SET LR) in June 2024.
we are in civil partnership. Marriage certificate is of India. (married in May 2009)

She can apply but needs the marriage certificate officially translated if not in English.

The marriage certificate is in both local and English language. (dual)
Also same certificate was shown as a proof for my ILR, my family visa and for my wife ILR earlier.
So hope that should be fine.

Your wife can apply now, subject to meeting all the requirements.
