When to apply for naturalisation

Hello everyone,

I have looked around the forum but couldn't find a clear answer so apologies if this is repetitive.

My sister arrived in the UK on 21 October 2018 on EEA Family Permit and she finally received her Settled Status on 05 January 2024.

Can anyone please tell me when can she apply for naturalisation?

6 years in the country would be on 20 October 2024
12 months after Settled Status would be on 05 January 2025
