Tax office reference number

Hi,
While I was applying for British citizenship, I came across the “Current Employment” section. I selected “Yes” and chose “Studying” as my type of employment. It then asked me to provide the employer’s name and address, which I believe refers to my university’s name and address. However, it also asked for a tax office reference number. What should I do? I don’t know how to provide that as I am not working; I only attend university. I hope someone can help me understand this.Thanks.

If you are a student you are "unemployed" - the uni is not your employer so their tax office reference is irrelevant.

You are not working, therefore don't select "Yes" under Current Employment.

Oh okay. I was just confused since it had studying option when I selected yes in current employment.

That's strange. If you're a full time student and don't work at all, there is no current employment information you can send.
Double check on the form that you're selecting the right option.
Naturalisation - Previous appllication.

Hello everyone, just wanted to your help to clear some of my concerns. While I was applying for the BC, I came across “Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?” question. I have only done 2 Uk immigration applications. One was done aboard, indefinite leave to enter. This was done my by parents +10 years ago, so I don’t have any information about that visa like reference number and the date of application (DOA). Does the DOA need to be exact? My other application was BRP, which was done 2 years ago year. Thankfully I have all its information. This should be added in the previous application right?
Hope someone can help me out, thanks.

Provide the information you can remember - this is "if known" information and won't adversely impact your application.
BRP is not an immigration application, you just applied for a replacement card. However, if you wish you can attach a covering note explaining this. You don't need to support this with documents. And again, this is not an issue.
5 years of residency-passport stamps.

Hello,
To prove my 5 years of residency, I will be using my stamp passport. But while I was checking my passport, I noticed that the a stamped dates from my home country on my passport are missing, making it hard to know which year it was stamped. However, the arrival stamped dates from the Uk can be seen clearly. I was wondering if this would force me to find other evidence for 5 years of residency.

Provide the best information you have. Should not adversely affect your application.
