Supporting Docs - Question

Hello,

New to the boards and I have a question or two on Citizenship. I applied online 4/9/24 - ILR held for 3 years, married to British Citizen - been in the UK 9 years - Non EU. My understanding is that my passport (and it's stamps) are enough to show I have been in the country for 3 years from 4/9/21 - is this correct? I have 2 stamps at LHR for entries made from this date for visits I made home and then back to the UK again. My passport was renewed in 2020.

Do I still need to supply P60s covering the 3 years? I do have my P60s for 22, 23 & 24. Should I supply anything else like rental agreement or bank statements?

Also, for the declaration (references) - can I use a photo taken with my idiot-phone (that meets the requirements) and embed onto the PDF for my referees to then sign / date and scan back to me for upload to UKVCAS? My appointment is in 2 weeks time.

Many thanks!

Passport, copies of all pages, will be enough for you.
I would recommend scanning the declaration to make sure it is readable, it is a service that most public libraries offer and you have time until your appointment to obtain a good resolution picture.

E-signature declaration

My referees have both asked if they can e-sign the document, with their own signature (as in their passport)? I can see conflicting advice on much older posts but now that everything is uploaded, is there a need for a manual signature that will look like the e-signature once scanned and uploaded anyway? I also think this helps keep my photo (which I have taken myself with my phone as per the instructions on the form) really clear. Thanks

It is not necessary to post a new topic with each question you have. Also not necessary to post duplicate questions. When someone is willing to offer advice, they will. We are all unpaid volunteers on the forum.
