Put old 'PR document' number instead of Settled Status reference number

Hi
I have submitted my application, but have just realised I made a mistake:
I have out an old 'PR document' number in the application instead of the 16-disit Settled Status number which was issued subsequently. I have a copy of the Settled Status letter from Home Office with the 16 digit reference number, will this be sufficient if I attach this with a covering letter and upload to the application or would it be better to cancel and make a new application?
I have also answered NO to question if I have made previous UK immigration applications as I thought this was about the naturalisation, but I have previously applied for the Permanent Resident Status so should I also include this in the covering letter?
What are the chances that this application will still be approved and not rejected?
thanks
