Hi,

My brother has settled status and wants to apply for naturalization. Does he need to provide p60 for last 5 year or he does not need p60’s for last five year since he has settled status. I am under the impression that he does not need to provide documents for residency requirement since he has settled status. Please clarify. He has EEA passport.

Thanks

Why?
Naturalization is a separate process from settled status.

Also, maybe he obtained settled status and went abroad for 3 years, for example, which would make him inelegible.

He should provide what's requested.

He has to provide all documents as requested. Settled status and citizenship are separate processes.
