Driving licence 6 Points can i apply for British citizenship

Hello Team,
I have received 6points on my Driving licence for mobile hand held device while driving ,
can i apply for British citizenship?
Points are valid until 2027 and will be off record 2028
Shall i wait until the points are off record in 2028 ?
Please suggest

When did it happen? If you never had anything else you should be OK. Remember to declare it.

As long as you have a clean record and respect all other requirements, you should be fine.
