Citizenship application eligibility

I was on my Tier 2 skilled visa and I received my ILR on September 15th 2024.
My husband received british passport on September 1st 2024.
Can I apply for naturalisation straight away? Or do I need to wait for 1 year ?

You can apply now, no waiting for 12 months.
You gained ILR and your husband is British.

What matters is that your husband was British on the date you gained ILR. There are no requirements as to how long your husband was British before then.
