Hi

I made ILR application in May 2023 which was approved in June 2023.

Now I am applying for citizenship however I am a bit concerned about meeting “good character” requirement.

I have a criminal conviction for a driving without license offence. In February 2020 I was called to attend a hearing in court where I was given 3 points and £100 fine. Both spent and paid.

I declared this on my ILR application which was approved but now I am worried about my citizenship application.

Can someone please advise or share their experience if had similar situation. Thanks

Declare the incident. If this was your only infraction it is unlikely it will have an effect on your application.
