Hi
Thank you for looking into my below query

I am in process of my citizenship application. I am having the following doubts about filling out the online application :

Route -I got ILR in 2015 (prior to that I was tier 2 dependent) .Also my spouse is British citizen (since 2017).(I believe I need to send only 3 years of residency details )

1. To prove residency I am planning to attach the scanned copies of my passport pages including cancelled (whole pages) .Is it necessary?

2. I already proved my English language requirements during ILR using point-based calculator and my Masters degree .As point based calculator are no more available ,I have completed B1 test to avoid any further queries from Home office .But on filling online application :

Did you meet the knowledge of English requirement as part of an indefinite leave
application made on or after 28 October 2013? Yes (but I am using new B1 certificate as point based is no more available) -Is this right

Have you passed an approved English language test? yes
Did the test assess your speaking and listening skills at a level equivalent to CEFR B1 or higher? yes
How did you get your result? Certificate
Have you provided evidence of your English language ability in a previous application? yes

I am bit confused as I am not using my previously used degree certificate this time as point based is not available .

Rest documents I am having copies of life in UK pass certificate ,Wife's British passport ,My passport copies old and new passport and BRP (I will scan and upload prior to biometric )

Appreciate your valuable advise .

Agi

Hi
There is one more query .

Do you have a previous visa, entry clearance or leave to remain where you had to prove your knowledge of English? Yes (Proved during ILR )

Is this response is correct ?
