My wife and 4 kids got ILR on 1 July 2024. They came on 5 year spouse visa in April 2019. I am British national got nationality after birth of all kids. 2 eldest are over 18 and 2 young ones are under 18. I know my wife and 2 young ones can apply for nationality any time. But I want to know when my eldest 2 kids will become eligible. When exactly they will become eligible date wise.
Thanks in advance

Your two eldest are over 18 and therefore adults. They have to apply as adults and in this respect are independent of you.
They can apply when they have been on ILR for 12 months and can satisfy all adult requirements (tests, absences, good character, etc).

Thank you very much for your reply. That means next year on 1 July 2025?
Or is there any other way that they can apply before completing 12 months

For your wife not an issue however for adult children who needs yo be considered in their own right, the requirement and qualifying time clearly stated. Except you are ready to risk the time n money.

The immigration pathway ends at ILR. Naturalisation is a separate process with different laws, rules and requirements.
After ILR, your eldest two children, over the age of 18, are no longer your dependents, but must meet the requirements for adult naturalisation in their own right. That means meeting the same requirements as you, including the one-year after ILR requirement, absence and physical presence requirements, the English language and LITUK tests, etc.
Question regarding British naturalisation application

Hi I am going to apply for naturalisation as a British citizen for my wife and 2 kids both under 18 years. When we applied for ILR at that time we applied for all the family together my wife 2 children over 18 years and 2 under 18 years.
They got their ILR on 1 July 2024 I know my wife and 2 under 18 years old kids they can apply for British citizenship anytime now and the over 18 years old have to wait for an year before they can apply. While filling the form I came across the following questions.
Do you have any dependents not applying with you at this time? I selected yes
Then next question
Have any of these non applying dependents been convicted of an offence or received a court order
I select no
Is this the correct selection as my understanding of the first question is related to my 2 elder kids over 18 years not applying with my wife
Please advise

If those responses are correct you'll be ok.
