I have recently received my citizenship approval and have a ceremony to attend at end of the month while my wife received her ILR last month.

Am I safe to assume that as soon as I have my citizenship certificate in hand, I can go ahead and apply for my wife’s naturalisation and she won't have to wait full 12 months after ILR decision?

Yes, provided she meets all the requirements.

Thanks. She does meet all other requirements and was not out of the country for any time in 2021.
