hi
Thankfully I got council invite for ceremony, as they received my Citizenship certificate
I have NOT YET received approval from Home Office Atlas, checked my spam folder too

I think it is some times possible, Home office one is delayed

However, my question is when booking the ceremony slot on council site, it required person details

"Home office reference number:", what is this can someone please advise?

It is the UAN of your application. You should expect the Atlas email pretty soon.

Thank you, I've booked my ceremony for 7th Nov
Also called the Council about the Home Office Atlas email, it seems it is MUST that they see that without which they confirmed they dont allow me to Ceremony

What an Irony!

can anyone please give me Contact Number and email for the Home Office British Citizenship or Naturalization services

the helpline won't solve the issue.

Email the following addresses
NationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk
citizenship.Support@homeoffice.gov.uk
NationalitySupportTeamFMT@homeoffice.gov.uk
furthernationalityenquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk
complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk.
public.enquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk

And also your MP to raise this as a matter of urgency.
If the council has other dates maybe you could look at booking a date further along in November.
