Redirected to the TLScontact website not working

Hello,
My wife applied for naturalisation, completed the online application and paid the fees. We reached the point where you hit the book appointment option in the Gov.uk website to redirect to the TLS contact website to book an appointment for Boimteric. But it is not working!! We tried several times from several devices and browsers, but it is not working. Has anyone had the same issue?

I'm sorry to hear you are in the same situation. I tried to call TLS, and after a long wait, the response from the phone operator was useless as she provided zero help. I have submitted a complaint through their website but have received no response.

I am having the same issue. I submitted my application yesterday afternoon and the website just won't load. I contacted the UK Visas and Immigration contact centre on 0300 790 6268 and they said there is a problem with the TLSContact website, I have also submitted a complaint to TLSContact via the form as could not find a contact number. Hopefully, it gets resolved soon.

Thank you for the information regarding the UK Visas and Immigration contact centre. hopefully, they will sort out the issue soon.

It seems the problem is resolved now. but the nearest appointment I found is on the 2nd of December!

Was it across the entire UK? Which centre were you able to find?

Can someone please suggest what I should do? I have canceled three appointments with TLS, and now they have blocked me. I can't see any available appointments; it only says "no more appointments" and there is no option to reschedule. I read on their website that in order to book a new appointment, I need to withdraw my application from UKVI and submit a new application. I'm worried about this situation.

Have you tried to contact them? There should be an email address/landline to call on their website.

My wife's appointment is at UKVCAS Service Point Ground floor, 15-27 Gee Street, Clerkenwell. They released some new appointments this morning. I booked an earlier one (after 2 weeks) but had to pay £60 for the prime service.

I have contacted them several times. Unfortunately, they don't have an email address or phone no to contact; it's just a contact web page. They committed to responding in three days, but it's been over a week now, and they haven't contacted me yet. In case I have to withdraw my home office settlement application, I have to request my fee refund, £2880, as well, and pay for my new application.
