UK citizenship - immigration history and absences

Hi
I have been on the ILR for 2 years now and pan to apply for naturalization under the 5 year route ( I was tier work permit holder from 2017 to 2022) as such my qualifying period is the 5 year route
However there is a question asking me about my previous immigration history to the UK as such im a bit confused if to add my previous history from 2017 to now or include the whole history as mines a bit complicate as follows
2004 - visit visa was here 2 weeks
2005 - visit visa 1 month stay
2006 - 2008 student visa for my MBA
2009 -2011 - PSW
2011 -2016 tier1 general
2016 - ILR Failed due to earnings and I left the UK in June 2016
I came back in April 2017 under the Tier 2 work permit and got my ILR in 2022
So my question is should I give all the past details from 2004 or just the 5 year period?
2) with regards to absences again is it from 2017 to now (as I had left the country in 2016 when my ILR failed) or should it contain all my holidays out of the UK when I was living here from 2006 (student visa ) to 2016 (tier 1 general)
3) With regards to parking tickets do i have to give details ? i know the details for just 1 of it as it was this year, apart from it I have had about 5 in the last 20 years and I dont have the details of them anymore
I would appreciate if you could help me with my querries

give details for what you can remember in your whole immigration hitory except for visit visas. this is not a statutory requirement so just provide as much detail as you have

Yes, only absences during the last 5 years

Was it a PCN or a FPN? If you paid then no need to declare PCNs. Is this your only issue regarding good character?

There's nothing like naturalisation under 5 year route. There's only one naturalisation, especially as you've had ILR for over 2 years!

All were PCN
but in 2019 I was banned for drink driving for 10 months which ended in may 2020,will it be an issue ?

Yes it is quite serious. Have you taken any courses for safe driving since? You should build a case that your character has changed since then.
Referee profession

I'm applying for naturalization and I would like to know if my former line manager whose designation is IT Engineering Manager and a friend who is a Software QA manager can act as a referee for me
The list of designations listed does not include above but broadly says BCS certified IT professionals so something similar
Please can someone advice

You need to ask them if they are chartered.
Made a mistake in naturalisation application

I applied for naturalization but unfortunately for the days absent from UK I have made a big mistake in the no of days and instead of Dec to Jan I had entered as Dec to Sept as such its a big mistake
Please can you advice me on how to rectify this as it was done online so I cannot now go and change it online as that option is not there,is there any other way to rectify this mistake?
My biometrics is in the 1st week of Dec

Can you still upload documents?
In that case write a covering note explaining the error and providing the correct data - upload with your other documents.

Explain in a cover letter, it will be OK. They double check those dates with passport stamps and border records. You can also create a spreadsheet with the correct dates and attach it before your biometrics appointment to clarify your absences.
