Consent form is not listed in the checklist

I have always seen consent form being a requirement in the document checklist during my Tier 2, Skilled Visa and ILR applications, but when I submitted my naturalisation application, I did not see this as a requirement.

Do I need to download it from the Home Office website and upload it to the TLS Contact website or is it not required anymore?

I was unsure and attached one, but if it's not in the checklist it is most likely not needed. They would get in touch if anything was missing.
