Hello, I received the approval email from the Home Office almost 3 weeks ago, but until today I still haven't been able to book the citizenship ceremony in Westminster Council.

When I try to book online I receive: "Your records cannot be retrieved. Please make sure you enter the correct Surname and Home Office Reference. Alternatively, your records may have not reached our office so please wait a few days."

I called the council last week and was told it might take them some time to receive certificates.

Does anyone else have similar issue? I'm not sure what to do...

You need to book this through the council - not much that can be done otherwise if they can't locate your records. I can only recommend to call again and ask to locate your certificate while you are on the call as it has been three weeks. You can also follow up with UKVI about this, maybe they will confirm they have sent the certificate?

Council still hasn't got my certificate and they couldn't help me over the phone...
