Please help me with some of these Naturalisation questions

1. Convictions and other penalties
I had my first speeding fine last year (driving 24mph on 20mph zone). I paid promptly and it did not go to court. I have a CCJ 15 years ago for a gym membership and I forgot to cancel while I was out of the country. I settled it as soon as I was aware of it.
Do I need to declare both of these incidents?
2. Dependants
My wife and me made the mistake of applying in separate application. My wife applied for her and our child. How should I answer the question "Do you have any dependants not applying with you at this time?"
3. "If you do not meet the statutory requirements to become a British citizen, are there any special circumstances why you think the Home Secretary should still grant your application?" This Yes/No question is a bit confusing. I do meet all the statutory requirements, so should I answer No for this question?
Thank you for your help.

Yes. They are minor/old, but if you have any elements that prove your good character eg volunteering include them in a cover letter.
2. Dependants

No implication for you and your wife to have applied separately. Just answer No.

You should answer No.
Thank you for your help.
Citizenship application and tax self assessment

Hi everyone,
I'm completing my citizenship application. This is the first year I register for self employment (I registered online in January, and only got the response and tax reference number last month). I have not completed the self assessment yet (deadline Jan 31), but the application is asking for the tax return last year to prove self employment. What should I do?
One more unrelated question please? If for some minor reasons your application for naturalisation is declined (not for infringing immigration law or criminal activities), does that affect your indefinite leave to remain, and will you be able to apply again?
Thnk you.

Explain in a cover letter that this is your first year, and you can't fill in a return yet. Provide your URN.

If you respect the statutory requirements your application will be accepted. Refusals are very infrequent, this type of applications has over 90% success rate. In case your application is rejected there will be indications on when to apply again. review the guidance to make sure you fulfill all requirements ahead of application. Your ILR won't be affected.
Thnk you.
