What exactly is it you are trying to check in a document?

There is a caseworker guidance dated July 2024.

Both the guidance above and the document you seem to be looking for would be very similar and both based on Nationality legislation, which has not changed for many many years. Hence, what exactly are you trying to find out?

Does that mean "Annex B to Chapter 18 of Nationality Instructions" that I found in the archieves is no longer an active reference and the "case worker document" you mentioned is currently an active one?

What do you mean?? You don't have tell ukvi the rules, they know the rules as they wrote them!

Not everyone is aware of all the rules. Depends on the luck as well, what if the case worker handling my application isn't aware of that clause. I am not imagining stuff as it happened to one my friend and I have read some similar posts on this forum as well.

It has nothing to do with 'luck'. You either meet the requirements or you do not. It is that simple.

Not all cases are the same and your 'friend' may not have told you their full store. Also 'similar posts' are not necessarily all the same.

Not helpful posting on a public forum, where we are all unpaid volunteers, and you are so vague.

What exactly is your concern and what is your full immigration history?

If you share more about your situation we may be able to advise in more detail. Case workers should in principle be aware of all clauses they need to apply. Statutory requirements are the most important thing.
