What document can I provide to show that I have been mainly in the UK for 5 years? I have a lot of travel history in the last 5 years, Do I need to present all my stamped passport pages? Or will it create issues as sometimes they do not stamp my passport when entering the UK. I was planning on submitting my P60 for the last 5 years. Will that be enough or do I need to submit another document?

Yes, you need to attach a scan of all passport pages to your application (whether you travelled or not). And yes, P60 are a good idea!
You don't need evidence of every single trip (e.g. if you're missing the stamps) but you do need to list all the trips in your application and if you travel a lot then it might be relevant for the total number of days you've been absent and therefore your eligibility!

Stamped passport pages are enough, no need to add P60s. Declare all trips and explain in a letter that your passport didn't get stamped on certain occasions - if they need more information UKVI will reach out to ask.

OP holds UK ILR and only needs to submit passport(s) with stamp, no P60s required.

Thank you! Do I need to write a letter saying that my passport has not been stamped on some occassions?

Submit all the stamped pages of the passport in the qualifying period. Missed stamps are not an issue.
No need to write any letter for this.
