Hi,

I am apply for citizenship for my wife and and my step son. I have completed her section of the application. The first question is Are either of the parents of the child (as stated in this application) applying for naturalisation as a British citizen on an AN form?

This has stumped me for some reason. I'm not sure what an AN form is? Is this Yes? As his biological mother my wife is applying at the same time?

Form AN = Adult Naturalisation!

The answer is yes to question.

Also another question. Should I include details of my step sons biological father in parents and responsible adults details as when I do include him it asks for proof of parental responsibility for biological father when he doesnt have none. He does not live in UK either

Who has parental responsibility? Do you have a court order?

My wife she has sole responsibility order from court in Pakistan. They arrived in UK in 2019 on spouse and dependent visa.

Then provide the court order and birth certificate and specify only your wife has parental responsibility.
