Applying for Naturalisation Certificate for UK born child

Hello everyone,
We are applying for naturalization certificate for our UK born child as both parents got settled status.
My questions are regarding the referees section.

Ques1: For the first referee, we are providing a Family Friend's name who is working as a chef and is a British Citizen.
What should we answer for this question, "How does the referee know the applicant?"

Ques2: For the second referee who must be having professional capacity. So, we are providing a Family Friend's name who is working as a Registered Nurse and is a British Citizen.
What should we answer for this question, "How does the referee know the applicant?"
Thanks in advance.

They are both "family friends".
Not sure why you are asking, friends are perfectly fine as referees if they qualify. There’s no issue.

Referee 1 must be over 25 years old. Note that you are applying for registration, not naturalisation.

Registration for UK born child

Hello everyone,
We are in the process of applying for Registration for our UK-born child, as both parents have obtained settled status.
I have a question regarding the required documents.
If applicant told us that their parent is settled in the UK then you must provide us evidence of their settled status - In our case, we received a successful settled status confirmation email from the Home Office Atlas on 4th December 2024. However, we have not received a BRP card or a formal letter by post from the Home Office.

Would the Home Office Atlas email (exported in PDF format) alone suffice as proof of the parents' settled status?

Thank you in advance for help.

Yes - BRPs won’t be issued due to the move to eVisa.
