My baby born in UK on 04/10/2017 and since then she is on dependent visa and she has travelled to India few a times as a Indian citizen with Indian Passport.
Can we make a citizenship application for her now as she is 7 years 2 months old and Indian citizen.
Please note that both of us (parents) are on FLR (fp) and we have 2 more extensions for ILR.

She needs to have lived in the UK for 10 years, with absences of less than 90 days in each of the 10 years, for your daughter to be registered as a British citizen.

She can also be registered when either one parent gets ILR.
