Hi All,
I just wanted to start by saying Thankyou to creators of this forum, its amazing to see the help available.

I have a daughter from my first marriage she is currently 14 years and I am a british citizen since 2018. Daughter was born in 2012 at that point i was on Tier 2.
How do i get her to the UK permanently and what are my options, what documents do i need and what form do i fill are there any financial requirements. My ex wife with whom i got divorced in 2018 in Scotland can she join my daughter.

Your heading - your daughter doesn't qualify for a British passport because she is not British.

She needs a visa to come to the uk, child settlement visa, which has financial requirements and you would have to prove with official documents that you have sole responsibility. If the child lives with the mother, it becomes more challenging. If you need the mothers permission, you don't have sole responsibility. What was the custody arrangements from rhe divorce?

The mother would have to find a visa she qualifies for. She can't at this stage piggy back on a visa your daughter might get.
