Hi All,
we are on T2 General visa route, we got our ILR a year a go and applying for citizenship now.
I submitted our family citizenship application and I'm uploading the required documents , i have few questions and looking for help please :

1-proof of living in the UK - can this be the full passport pages .
2-There was no request in the checklist for my children proof of living in the UK (under 18) , is that not required?
3-i assume the birth certificate is the right document for me and my wife to proof parental responsibility for our children(under 18)
4-In the check list, there is a questions says : If xx told us that their parent is a British citizen then you must provide us evidence ..... . why this is in my check list ? as we are applying for citizenship .

Thanks in advance.

3-i assume the birth certificate is the right document for me and my wife to proof parental responsibility for our children(under 18) Yes, if you are named the parents on child's birth certificate.
4-In the check list, there is a questions says : If xx told us that their parent is a British citizen then you must provide us evidence ..... . why this is in my check list ? as we are applying for citizenship .it says "IF" so not required.

Thanks in advance.

Dear All,
I have submitted the Naturalization application abut still didn't upload the documents, i have one speeding ticket 3 years ago that i paid the penalty and attended online course (no court). also i have 3 parking tickets over the past 6 years that was paid on time.
The question is , do i need to disclose the speeding and the parking tickets even they were paid ? if yes how i can do that after i submitted the application , do i add a covering letter while uploading the application ? or i shall pull the application and re submit again ?

You had to declare them in the good character section (not the one you attended the course for).
Explain in a cover letter that it was an honest mistake that you didn't declare them in the application in the good character section and disclose all details there.

Thanks, so no need to pull the application then ?
as i understood from your comment, i only need to disclose the partnering ticket(PCN) not the speeding one.(FPN).
i never thought this will be that stressful :(

on a separate note as proof of me living in the UK i added a letter from my employer for the past 4.5years and another letter from my recent employer (6 months) i think this is sufficient.

Thank you :)

NOT required.

You only need your passport stamped pages!! This is clearly stated in the guidance notes.

Actually I misread what you stated - You don't have to declare PCNs, only FPNs (and not the one you attended the driving awareness course for. You don't need to pull the application if this is the case, only explain in a cover letter. Do you have any FPNs that you weren't offered a course for?

All what i have is parking tickets that was fully paid on time, and one speeding ticket that i was offered to take a course and pay the penalty with no court or points.
so what i write in my letter ? if there is no need to declare the above ?

Don't write anything - no need to declare. I had misread your PCNs as FPNs.

In citizen Advice website it says a letter from the employer can be provided but im not sure if i need to include any financial information like bank statement , P11D or any other documents

As you are providing your passport the letter from your employer is not needed.

Not sure why you are flowing advice on a third party website, rhey are often incorrect. Their website clearly says other evidnce such as employer letter IF your passport does NOT get stamped!! You should only be following ukvi official website and guidance.

You DO NOT need an employer letter or ANY financial information. Follow the UKVI requirements. It is not a difficult application with reams of paperwork needed.

You can include the letter from your recent employer for peace of mind - not sure how the residence requirement will be fulfilled after the move to eVisas. in this transition period I imagine the passport may still be enough as yours required being stamped.

Missing stamps on the passport are not an issue.

Also passport stamps have nothing to do with the eVisa system, unsure why you're mixing these things.

No need for any employer letter or any financial details, as advised before the rules require to just submit the passport pages of the last five years to cover the residency/absence requirement - it doesn't matter some stamps are missing. The absences will also be manually input in the application form.

This has been advised many times here on the forum.
