i have applied my citizenship application 7th January and done biomatrices on 14th January. only email i have received is from TLS confirming biomatrices is done and its submitted to home office. I havent got any email yet from home office confirming application and when i log in to my AN application page, its still saying me to complete mandatory steps. is it normal or should it change to something else like submitted etc?

You won't get any further confirmation, that page stayed the same way for me even after my application was granted. Most members don't hear back from UKVI until they receive an outcome.
