Citizenship ceremony - Liverpool city council

Hi everyone, does anyone know whether Liverpool city council does private ceremonies and how many group ceremonies they do in a month? It seems there is no information on this on their website.
I tried calling them but I couldn't get through to anyone and they didn't answer an email. We're trying to reschedule my wife's ceremony to a better date (if we can, otherwise we may have to just go on the date the council chose).
Thanks

Unfortunately we don't know how different councils work.

Yeah, it seems each council has its own practice. I'm just hoping some forum members familiar with Liverpool council can help.

I suggest you call them or send them an email if their website is not clear.

If you read the whole post, the person clearly stated they have already done that!!

An update on this below, with all I know so far based on my experience. I hope this includes information useful for others in the same situation. As my issue is still unsolved, I would be grateful for any advice from forum members who have been through this before at Liverpool City Council.
- Liverpool council schedules a ceremony date and time for you. You are not consulted and their email does not mention the possibility of rescheduling, which is mentioned on their website along with a phone number.
- The citizenship team works only on Friday and Saturday, but on Saturday phone lines are closed.
- If you call the number on the website (on any day, including Friday), you will not talk to the citizenship team, but (after a long wait) with someone who will only pass a note to the team by email.
- We tried going in person on Friday and the receptionist tried to call the citizenship office by internal landline and mobile, but nobody picked up. He called the office next door and they told him nobody of the citizenship team was there. They left a note for them to call us but nobody did.
- No response whatsoever from the citizenship office after 6 days.

Further update: the council has now rescheduled the ceremony and fortunately the date they chose was good.
They haven't said anything about individual ceremonies, so unfortunately whether they do them remains a mystery.
