Hi all,

I have recently naturalised as a British citizen and my wife currently has an ILR since Jan, 2025.

She had moved to the UK in 2019 and we have been living together since.

Can she now immediately apply for naturalisation having received her ILR last month or does she have to wait for a year to apply?

Please advise.
