My first born UK applying to register her through MN1. She was born before my ILR status. My questions are below
1. Do I need to apply for her visa before her registration through MN1.
2. DO I need to apply for any citizenship (both parents from Pakistan) as there is a question in application about citizenship.
3. Timeline for process to get application approval.

Not a necessity for the MN1. however, the child is not eligible for free NHS services after its 3rd month birthday. You may want to apply for private health insurance.

You may not need to apply for Pakistani citizenship. The child may automatically be a Pakistani citizen by operation of Pakistani law if either one parent was born in Pakistan themselves. The child does not need a Pakistani passport to apply for MN1.

Thanks Simon.Really appreciate your prompt response in this.
Can I please clarify one thing, given you said no need to apply for Pakistani nationality then what do you fill in nationality when filing the MN1. If I fill Pakistan, then it ask for national identity card, given we have not applied for one as we have no travel plans would that be an issue??
Given she is only born a month ago what do we fill have you lived on this address for 5 years. We can say no but then it ask for further addresses. But she do not have factually.
Thanking you in advance.

Just explain as she is a new born all you have is her birth certificate. For address history likewise put your address history for the last five years and explain in a cover note.
