Formal Warning by tfl for fair evation

Hi, in summer 2023 I was caught on tfl using a relative's freedompass.
It was settled quickly out of court after I admitted to the fare evation and paid everything owed with backdated for previous use.
In their last letter to me tfl states: "even though we have enough evidence, we have chosen not to prosecute. However this is a Formal Warning" and that formal warning will stay in their system and be relevant if I re-offend.

I have ILR under settled status since 2020 and finally was thinking of applying for naturalization this year.
Should I be disclosing this tfl formal warning even though it is an out of court and is not recorded anywhere but the tfl records?
Or should I maybe wait till 2026 to apply so three years have passed since the incident?
Many thanks!

Do you have any other offences/cautions/warnings/reprimands or issues with immigration? If not, you can disclose this and apply, maybe highlighting how you understood your mistake and won't behave like this again.

Thank you for your reply.
No other issues, no, and have been resident in UK since 2014.
I was also thinking that it's best to disclose it and hopefully it won't make a negative difference as only one thing, but shows I'm open and transparent.
Thanks!

Definitely best to disclose as not doing so would be deceitful. As I said make sure you state you wouldn't make that mistake again to show your character has changed. If you've always been lawfully resident, no issue with immigration or any other run-in with the law, you will be ok.
