Registering my child for BC

Hi,

I have submitted the MN1 form for my UK-born child as BC. I received my ILR in December 2024.

While uploading documents as proof of my settled status, I noticed that BRPs are no longer issued. The guidance states that I need to provide evidence of my ILR, such as a BRP, a letter from the Home Office, an endorsement in my passport, or another document certifying permanent residence.

Could you please confirm whether I should upload a screenshot of my e-Visa showing my settled status, or if I need to generate a share code and provide that instead?

Do we also need to upload parents passport ?

In the Parents consent form they didn't provide the address section but in the documents section they asked to provide address like below:
A letter of consent from xxxxxxxxx parent(s) or legal guardian(s)
The letter must:
give their full names and addresses
say that they agree to let you apply for a British citizenship

I would appreciate your guidance on the appropriate document to submit.

The email will be fine. Caseworkers can check your ILR on their system.
Parents’ passports are not required OR if requested then add.
Just write your address next to signatures on the consent form
