British citizenship application question

Hi all,
I am about to apply for British Citizenship and I am wondering what to declare for the two following situations:
1. After being pictured by a policeman holding my phone during traffic (car not moving), I have received a letter from the police explaining what's the penalty for driving and holding a phone and at the end of the letter they mentioned: "...we decided to send this as a warning letter"
2. I received a PCN from the council saying that: "... City Council, Parking Services have issued this Moving Traffic (PCN) as a warning"
Do I need to declare the above in my citizenship application?
Cheers

probably not a big deal but best to declare it
2. I received a PCN from the council saying that:
"... City Council, Parking Services have issued this Moving Traffic (PCN) as a warning"
If you paid it timely no need to declare it
Do I need to declare the above in my citizenship application?
Cheers

Do I need to declare the above in my citizenship application?

I am confused - PCN generally stands for Penalty Charge Notice. What was this exactly?

Please see below what's in the letter I received:
"Please do not send payment
... City Council, Parking Services have issued this Moving Traffic (PCN) as a warning"
Not too sure whether it is worth declaring this as a warning in my citizenship application.
Any insight would be much appreciated.
Cheers

It is difficult to understand with so little detail. It doesn't seem to come from the police though?

It came from the City Council.

I don't think it needs declaring as you didn't even get a PCN.

So, I just need to declare the following case, right?
1. After being pictured by a policeman holding my phone during traffic (car not moving), I have received a letter from the police explaining what's the penalty for driving and holding a phone and at the end of the letter they mentioned: "...we decided to send this as a warning letter"

Would this be considered as a PCN? If not, do I still need to declare it as a warning?
Cheers

Yes. No need to declare PCNs (even though what you stated seems not to even be a PCN just a warning)

Thanks @contorted_svy
The application form asks:
"A caution, warning, reprimand or other out of court penalty"
Shall I answer yes and provide the details of that warning letter that did not even result in a PCN?
Cheers

It Is not a police warning, it was a warning from the council for a PCN that you didn't even have to pay. I don't personally think you need to declare it but you can still do so if you wish.

Even the letter from the police did not result in a PCN (a warning letter only). Shall I declare it by responding to the following question by YES?
"A caution, warning, reprimand or other out of court penalty"

As I said above. I think you should declare the first. The second is in my view less important and I don't think is necessary to declare.

Hi @contorted_svy,

Don’t forget the referee declarations.
The system will confirm what is required.
Unlike immigration applications the document requirements for naturalization a very few. No utility bills, bank statements or rental/mortgage agreements required. Your visa history is not relevant for naturalisation.

Hi @contorted_svy and @alterhase58,
Is it ok to answer the following question by: The referee is a friend of the applicant for over 5 years. Knowing that both referees meet the requirements.
How does the referee know the applicant?
Cheers

You can simply state 'friend'. No need to elaborate etc.

Hi @alterhase58 and @contorted_svy,
I have just submitted my application and I got a list of documents to upload. Is it just a matter of scanning the passport and the other documents and upload them? Do I need to post the original passport etc...?
Cheers
