Hello,

I am about to apply for naturalisation, I qualify for three year(husband is British) and 5 year route. Three yeas ago this time though I was on holiday back in India visiting my parents. Does that mean I cannot apply via three year route? I dont exceed the total number of days to be in the UK for three year or five year route. Do I have to specify somewhere to consider 5 year route only as three years ago this time I was in India on holiday? Any help much appreciated.

I you want to use 3 year route just wait until you can satisfy the requirement.
For five year route just add a note stating you are on 5 year route, and provide details for 5 years (proof of marriage not required).
