Query regarding ILR and MN1 application

I will be completing 10 years in the UK on 7th April 2025, but my current visa is valid only until 4th April 2025. I plan to apply for ILR in March and will schedule my biometric appointment after 7th April to meet the 10-year requirement.

My question is regarding my daughter's application. Her visa is also valid until 4th April 2025. She was born in the UK, and I need to submit her MN1 form. My understanding is that I can only apply for her MN1 after my ILR is approved. If I opt for the super-priority service, this means I can only submit her MN1 around 8th or 9th April.

Could someone please guide me on the options available for my daughter's application in this situation?

Thanks

A child born in the UK does not need a valid visa when applying to register via MN1

Not an issue if daugther's visa expires before applying for registration as she was born in the UK. Do secure private health coverage in case she needs healthcare between the times you apply and her registration is accepted.
