married to British citizen . i was a visit visa overstayer and was granted flr fp 10 year after getting married (british citizen) . completed 10 years and applied SET LR indefinite and got it same day with super priority .
- can i apply naturalisation straight away or there are any restrictions being on flr fp previously ?
- being visit visa overstayer between 2009-2014 , would it be an issue with NEW GOOD CHARACTER REQUIREMENT ?
thanks in advance

Do you have any other factors weighing against your good character?
thanks in advance

No other issues apart from visit visa overstayer which was mentioned clearly in my indefinite application.

ILR and naturalisation are separate processes under different pieces of legislation and different requirements. Good that you don't have any other factors against your good character, do review the guidance
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... racter.pdf and if you respect everything in there you can apply.
