Naturalisation logon email link - help?

Hi everyone,
I'm having this weird issue, when i click on the email link to logon to my Naturalisation application. i get this question Select a country to provide your biometrics straight away and when i enter united kingdom and click next, i get this - You are unable to apply for a UK visa from within the UK.

Now the last time i logged on to complete my application was a few weeks ago but i didn't fully complete the application which i was going to do now, but i can't proceed has anything changed anyone know pls?

pls advise how i can resume my application and complete it.

about 6 weeks, but i have left it a lot longer before and been able to logon fine.

Seems like a website issue, maybe you can try contacting UKVI and see if they can help?

Sure, i got a response from them asking for some details which i have provided, awaiting further response.

This is the reply, complete waste of time, even i knew i can start again but that's time consuming...


In Country applicants should not see this block, as they don't have the option of selecting UK from the drop-down. This option should only exists for Out of Country applications.

We consider that the best course of action would be for the applicant to start again.

Applicants can opt to 'download their incomplete PDF' using the menu button in the top right, to help them should they start again. This will help to speed the process time taken to re-apply.

When reporting an issue with the out of country page populating when resuming your application, we ask that you provide your UAN application reference number. Live services can check these individually to confirm the impact, to confirm whether you should start again.
