VCAS TLSContact Site Error - not submitting application - Ideas?

Hi mods, I wondered if this could be a separate thread from my last post as the issue is entirely with the VCAS TLSContact site. I was able to successfully upload all of my documents 72 hours ahead of my biometrics appt which is Monday the 7th. There are 10 total files, all of which are under 7MB and were uploaded without issue. The problem occurs when you go to actually submit these documents - a red error box pops up on the top right with the message:
"Submission error
An issue was found while processing your request. Please try again later or contact support if the problem persists"
I've done all the normal resetting/cache clearing/incognito mode/different browser etc. I immediately sent an email to TLS and they responded just saying that they'll look into the issue and to try again later. This error has been coming up for at least the last 8 hours, and I have no faith they will resolve this before my window to upload documents closes. Has anyone been able to submit documents within the last day, or have any other means to contact them? I called the immigration helpline from Gov.uk but they said TLS is their third party site and they can't help with any technical issues.
