Child (10 years) Citizenship application question

Good morning!
I have few question about my childs citizenship application with timing and referees.

2014 - February - I got ILR
2014 - July - My child was born in India
2015 - september - I got british citizenship
2019 - August. - My child comes to UK for the first time
2024 - December - My child gets ILR

Now my child is 10 years old.

1. Can I apply/register for British citizenship now? is the 1 year waiting period (after ILR) apply to child as well?

2. Currently he is in Primary school, we will be moving (to new area) home for his secondary school this August; My referee questions are:
a) Can I get both referees from the same school ie., one from the head teacher and the other from his class teacher. (My current neighbors are not british citizens and I am not suppose to get sign from relatives, so I have very limited option here)
b) Incase if I have to wait for a year after ILR, then by december 2025, we will be in new place and new school, but we would have live there for only 4-to-5 months; and in that case, should we get referees from the secondary school or primary school?

Thank you!

Referees need to have known your child for 3 years, teachers at the new secondary school would not have known your child for that long. Your child needs to wait for 1 year on ILR. What is the immigration status of the other parent?

There is NO wait 1 year rule for children!! They can apply when either parent is British and the other holds ilr.

Thank you for the reply! The other parent is on ILR, and does not plan to take Citizenship at all!

So in my childs case, the ILR was applied on 24-september-2024 and biometric was given on 18-october-2024 and the ILR approved on 01-december-2024.

In this case, till which date the child should wait for completion of 1 year on ILR before applying/registering to naturalisation, and how soonest the child can apply/register for naturalisation? Am asking this purely from the point of view of obtaining the references from the primary school.
Also If I get the reference by mid-july-2025 (when school closes), how long that reference will be valid for?

Thanks

Oh, thats great! thank you!
What do you think about references, can I get both reference from the school, one from the head teacher and the other from a class teacher that know my child for about 6 years?

It is very well known that teachers do not agree often to be refrees for citizenship applications. Worth asking though.
