Hi,I am in the process of applying for British naturalisation and need advice of which referee would be acceptable:
1.Colleague who is also a director of a private limited company.
2.My dentist,who also knows me personally.
3.my friend,who works for local council,but is also a director of a private Ltd company
4.My friend,who is a lawyer

They have all known me for more than 3 years.

Almost any combination of these would work as far as some of them are also British and over 25. I am assuming the lawyer is a member of a professional organisation.

I am worried about the dentist,does it matter that she is my dentist and also,knows me personally?
For lawyer,yes she works in a law firm.is that sufficient?She is not a solicitor or a barrister.
Could you please advise?

You can use 1. 2. or 3. as professional referees if 4. is not chartered. So use one of them for your professional referee and any other who is British and over 25.
