What is the expected delivery time for supporting documents for 1 week fast track applications?

Passport application approved on the same day of appointment, and the passport delivered the day after appointment.

However supporting documents submitted during the appointment have still not been returned, and it's been past the 1 week timeline.

1. Why do they do with the supporting documents after the application is approved?
2. Does the 1 week fast track timeline also apply to supporting documents?
3. What are my options to get the delivery of supporting documents expedited?

What delivery service did you purchase for your supporting documents? Do you have a tracking number?

When I paid for the 1 week fast track application - there was no option to purchase a delivery service separately. I think secure delivery is included in the fast track application.

When I look at the tracking for my passport application it says
"Your documents will be sent separately by secure delivery. They won’t be in the same envelope as your new passport."
