British Passport Renewal

Please, if someone can help me with the following issue. Last year I was on a police bail and my passport was seized by police. I was not allowed to apply for a new passport or any travel document whilst on bail but for some reason reasons I did break the bail conditioned and apply for the replacement of my British passport, stating that I have lost my previous passport while it was actually seized by the police. I was issued with a new passport after six months Police stopped me again and arrested me and put me in jail for obtaining the passport by falsely delivering the first passport as lost. and also seized my second British passport and told me that this passport is not valid anymore and this passport will be sent back to the home office and I should apply for the new passport Since then I have re-applied for the replacement but this time stating actual reason that my previous passport is seized by the police so police told me to cancel this passport and apply for New One now it’s been three weeks since I have applied for the passport but I have not received any update I know on average it’s taking two weeks but for my case it has already taken three weeks and I am starting to get panicked. Is there a chance that home Office can reject my application because of all that.
