Hi,

I have applied for the citizenship application and awaiting the outcome.
I have couple of questions for my wife and Daughter(She is +18 now)

1.What documents required for the my wife application.

a. Proof of living evidence-tenant agreement,council letter
b.Current Passport
c. English B1 test which was submitted last year for the ILR application,
d.Life in Uk test.
e.Two referee form
f.Travel history- Tickets
g.What else are required.

2.Same for my daughter.
a. Proof of living evidence (she is staying with me since we came in 2019)- her name is not in Tenant agreement and council letter
b.Current passport,
c.English B1 test which was submitted last year for the ILR application,
d.Life in UK test.
e.Two referee form
f.Travel history- Tickets
g.What else are required.

When did your wife and adult child get ILR??

Point a and point f are NOT required!!! Passport, stamped pages only!!

My wife got ILR on 10 Aug 2024 and adult child on 20th Aug 2024.

They can both therefore only apply after holding ILR for 12 full months.

Their documents are no different to what you submitted, passport(s) covering the last 5 years, LIUK, English B1, 2 x referees, completed online form each.

Unsure why you think they need anything extra. They do not.

I am asking that my adult child daughter applying for BC is the same online application as I am submitting for my wife ?
