Hi,

I have just taken my oath and received my Naturalisation Certificate.

My husband got his ILR on 22 Nov 2024 while my daughter (14 year old) got her ILR on 04 Dec 2024.
So they will only complete 12 months from ILR in Dec 2025.

But given that I have now received my Naturalisation Certificate, does that make my husband and my daughter eligible for applying for British Citizenship right away? Or do they still need to wait till Dec 2025?

We have all now been in the country for more than 10 years. Note - my daughter was NOT born in the UK - she came over when she was 3 years old.

I assume my husband will have to take the spouse route rather than the general route?

And given my daughter was NOT born in the UK (and has not completed 12 months from ILR) will she need to take any specific route? I have read routes such as 3(1), 3(5), 3(2) etc…

Yes, assuming he meets the requirements based on 3 years residence as spouse of British Citizen.

Section 3(1) is the ONLY route applicable to your daughter. The other routes you quote are not relevant to your child.
