citizenship for the child born in UK holding Indian Passport

Hi, my child born here in UK 2019 and am eligible for ILR and once i get my ILR can i apply for her British citizenship (registration form MN1) directly ? as she is holding Indian Passport is that still OK.

Yes.
The passport she holds is completely irrlevant. The same process applies to all nationalities.

Presumably you mean maximum time limit, not minimum.
There is neither a minimum nor a maximum time limit on how long the application will take to process. The target is six months. Most take less than six months, but some take longer.
