Naturalisation Referee query

Hello,
I have two referees both British nationals, one is Technical Programme manager and another is a Company Director. I think the Company Director meets the criteria for the professional referee. Just want to confirm is writing Company Director enough or we need to be specify details like Company director of Limited or VAT company?

Another question is can I use the Life in UK test result that I took for ILR it’s more than 18 months old.

Thanks.

Writing company director is sufficient

LIUK test doesn't expire.

Lawful residency proof and missing UK entry stamp

Hello, I travelled on 22 Dec 2024 and returned 13 Jan 2025 from a trip abroad. The UK border agency did not stamp my passport for entry. I have a few questions
1) do I only need to provide residency proof for year 2025 or 2024 as well?
2) if I have to provide for year 2025 only, can I use a single council tax letter that’s from March 2025? Would that suffice?
3) in case I want to add another proof to make things clear, can I use digital copy of my p60 form that’s been downloaded from my HR employee portal,
since I don’t receive physical copies?

Thank you in advance.

To demonstrate presence in the UK, you only need the scanned pages of your passport(s) covering the qualifying period. It doesn't matter the passport was not stamped all the time.

Council tax letters, P60 and the like are not required :!:

Thank you for the reply. In the guidelines it states that passport that has been stamped for arrival in the UK. In my case the Jan 2025 UK entry stamp is missing. Would that create an issue? Pasting the text below from the uk gov guidelines document. Under absences.
“passports or travel documents which have been stamped to show arrival in the
UK and entry and departure from other countries: these should be checked
against the list of absences that applicants are asked to provide on the
application form”

The text you cited is not saying that missing stamps constitute an issue or that you must have all the stamps.

It's very common that passports are not stamped all the time we travel. My own passport had more than one stamp missing when I applied for citizenship and my application proceeded with no issues.

It happens that stamps are missing. Just declare the stamp is missing - they know this happens.
